To resolve the issue, please try the following steps:
- Look for an Error Code: Look closely at your screen. If you see an error code (such as
ERROR_OPENID_012,ERROR_OPENID_014, orCode: 400), please search our Help Center for that specific code to find the exact solution. - Clear your Browser Cache: Old session data can block the signing process. Try clearing your browser's cache for the last few hours, or copy the signing link and open it in an Incognito / Private browser window.
- Update your Digital ID App: If you are signing with MitID, BankID, or itsme, make sure your identity app is updated to the latest version and that you have a stable internet connection.
