General PDF requirements
Before uploading a PDF to Penneo, ensure that the file is not password-protected. Penneo does not support the upload of password-protected PDF documents.
Penneo application size limits
The Penneo Sign web application supports individual file uploads up to a maximum size of 100 MB.
The Penneo Desktop application and the Penneo API support file uploads up to a maximum size of 20 MB.
Upload performance considerations
Uploading files larger than 20 MB may occasionally result in longer upload times. In rare cases, these uploads can take up to 5 minutes to complete.
Extended upload and processing times can also occur when uploading documents with a high page count, specifically those with 200+ pages.
