If you do not want to sign a document sent to you, you can reject the request at any time.
Steps to Reject:
Open the document: Click the link in your email. (If prompted, verify your identity with your eID to view the document).
Click Reject: Locate the bottom right corner of the page and click Reject to sign.
Add a reason (Optional): Type a short message to the sender explaining why you are rejecting it.
Confirm: Click Reject again in the confirmation window.
What happens next? The sender will be notified immediately, and the signing link in your email will expire. If you click it again in the future, it will simply display a message confirming the request was rejected.
