This article will show you how to easily sign your documents in Penneo.
NOTICE!
Be aware that the link to the documents might be distributed to you in different ways. The most common method is via an email that you have received from Penneo. If you are unsure how to access the documents please reach out to the sender about how to access the documents for signature.
How to sign
- Use the singing link you have received
- If asked validate you identity
- Read the document(s). If there is more than one document, click the Next document (1 of X) until you are at the last document
- Click Continue to signing method
- If asked, select your signing method. If you are not asked to select anything just input the information for the eID you are asked to sign with.
- You will now be able to review everything before accepting to sign
- If asked about storage, select if you want to store documents permanently. Otherwise documents will be automatically deleted 14 days after the casefile was finalised. Read more about document storage here: Where and how long will my documents be stored?
- Click the Sign button to finish signing
The eID process for MitID, MitID Erhverv, BankID Sweden, BankID Norway and Finnish Trust Network (FTN) follows the same method and process as they do in other places where you use them.
itsme® and .beID for belgian signers also works as it does other places it’s used.
