Monitor your organisation's performance and document volume with the Usage Overview dashboard. This feature provides administrators with real-time data to track signature consumption, user productivity, and casefile success rates.
Dashboard Key Metrics
The Usage Overview provides a high-level summary of your account's health. You can filter these insights by specific time periods to compare yearly or monthly growth.
- Total Signatures: The cumulative number of digital signatures collected across the entire account.
- Active Users: The total count of registered users within your Penneo environment.
- Completed Casefiles: The number of casefiles that have been successfully signed by all signers.
Signature Method Usage
Signature Method Usage orders the signing methods (e.g., MitID, BankID, ITSME, or Simple Electronic SIgnatures) from the most used method on the top, to the least used method on the bottom.
Incomplete casefiles
Incomplete Casefiles gives an overview over and categorises all casefiles that have not been completed:
- Pending to be signed: Currently out for signing.
- Draft: Created but not yet sent.
- Rejected: Casefiles that were declined by a signer.
- Scheduled: Casefiles scheduled for delivery at a later time.
- Failed: Casefiles where a technical error was encountered.
Signing Flows Usage
The Signing Flow Usage lists all signing flows ordered by usage. The signing flows used most frequently appear at the top of the list, and the least used appear at the bottom.
Top Users by Completed Casefiles
The Top Users by Completed Casefiles lists team members who have sent the highest number of case files, from the most on the top and the least on the bottom. This allows for internal benchmarking and resource allocation.
