Dashboard Key Metrics
The Usage Overview provides a high-level summary of your account's health. You can filter these insights by specific time periods to compare quarterly or monthly growth.
- Total Signatures: The cumulative number of digital signatures collected across the entire account.
- Active Users: The total count of registered users within your Penneo environment.
- Completed Casefiles: A tally of all document bundles that have successfully reached the final stage of the signing process.

Signature Method Breakdown
Understand how your signers interact with your documents. This section categorizes the various Signature Methods used (e.g., MitID, BankID, ITSME, or Simple Signature), helping you understand regional or technical preferences among your clients.
Casefile Status Distribution
Track the lifecycle of your documents to identify bottlenecks. The dashboard categorizes case files into the following statuses:
- Completed: Successfully signed by all parties.
- Pending / Awaiting Signature: Currently out for signing.
- Draft: Created but not yet sent.
- Rejected / Failed: Documents that were declined by a signer or encountered a technical error.

This visualisation maps the velocity of your document workflows, showing you the "heartbeat" of your signing activity over time.
Top Users by Volume
Identify your power users. This table lists team members who have sent the highest number of case files, allowing for internal benchmarking and resource allocation.
