If you are a Penneo user and receive an invitation link that has expired, contact your organization’s administrator to request a new one. Only a Penneo administrator has the capability to issue a new invitation link.
Resolution for Penneo administrators
Penneo administrators who possess an expired invitation should request that another administrator in their organization reset their password. Organizations are advised to maintain at least two active administrators to resolve these issues internally. Due to security and privacy protocols, Penneo support can only provide an administrator with a reset link once. If you are the sole administrator for your organization, contact Penneo Support for further assistance.

Security waiting period for multiple reset attempts
If you receive multiple Penneo reset links within a short timeframe and encounter difficulties logging in after a reset, wait a minimum of 3 hours before making your next login attempt. This waiting period is a security requirement that allows the Penneo system to update and register the correct changes.
