Administrator access and permissions
Penneo company account settings are restricted to administrators. Users without administrator rights cannot view or modify these settings. Administrators should notify all users when changing account-wide settings, such as enabling the automatic deletion of case files, as these changes may affect all users in the company.
Locating company settings
To find the company settings in the Penneo side menu, click Configure and then select Company. Access to this section is limited to users with administrator privileges.
Managing company profile details
The company details section at the top of the page displays the company name, address, and Value Added Tax Identification Number (VATIN). You can update the company name and address by clicking the Edit details button.
Changing the VATIN
The VATIN cannot be edited directly through the Penneo interface. If the company VATIN is incorrect or has changed, contact your account manager or the Penneo sales department at sales@penneo.com. After receiving the request, Penneo sends a declaration of the VATIN change to all concerned parties for signing.
Default interface language
The default language setting determines the language used for the Penneo interface across the company account. While this setting establishes the default for the organization, individual users can choose a different language for their own interface by updating their Profile settings within their user account.
