Connect Silverfin and Penneo Sign
To enable the integration between Silverfin and Penneo Sign, a user with administrator rights in Penneo must establish the connection. Follow these steps to connect the platforms:
- Log in to the Penneo Sign login page.
- Navigate to Company Details by selecting Configure -> Company -> Details in the side bar menu.
- Locate the Integrations section and select Manage third party integrations.
- Enter the Silverfin subdomain in the edit box.
- Click enable.
Send documents from Silverfin to Penneo Sign
Sending documents from Silverfin to Penneo Sign requires you to be logged into both applications simultaneously. To send contracts for a specific customer or client, follow this procedure:
- Select the desired workflow in Silverfin.
- Choose documents by clicking the star icon; a yellow star indicates the document is selected.
- Select Actions and then Send to Penneo.
- Select the appropriate signing flow.
- Add additional documents from the Silverfin export section if needed by expanding Export History and selecting documents.
- Click continue to create a casefile draft in Penneo.
- Access the draft within the Penneo application.
Configure signing flows for Silverfin and Penneo Sign
Users can select a specific signing flow in Silverfin for use in the Penneo case file. The resulting Penneo case file draft automatically populates signer roles, names, email addresses, and document types based on the selected flow. While the signing flow structure is not visible within Silverfin, it can be viewed and managed once you log into your Penneo account.
Silverfin has preconfigured Legal Documents workflows to use specific Penneo signing flows:
- English: EN - Formal Bundle - Annual Accounts
- Dutch: BE - Formele Bundel - Jaarrekening
- French: FR Liasse Fiscale - Comptes Annuels
If the selected signing flows are not enabled in the Penneo account, document types and signer roles may not match correctly. In such cases, users must edit the details within Penneo before sending documents for signature. Additionally, the signing flow language should correspond to the preferred language set for the client in Silverfin settings.
