Branding and account types in Penneo
The Penneo Branding settings allow you to establish your company’s visual identity by configuring logos and colors. These settings affect the user interface within your Penneo Company Account and the signing interface visible to your clients.
Penneo Company Accounts are established based on a contract between Penneo and your organization. You can access your company-associated user account by logging into Penneo using the credentials enabled by your administrator.
The signing interface is the specific environment where your signers view and sign the documents you have sent for signature through the Penneo platform.
Configuring company branding in Penneo
Follow these steps to customize the branding for your Penneo account:
- Log in to Penneo, click Configure on the left side menu, and then select Company.
- Select the Branding tab.
- Customize the following fields according to your brand requirements:
- Add your Background color.
- Add your Highlight color.
- Add your Text color.
- Add your company website in the ‘Company page URL’ field. When signers click on your logo in the Penneo signing page, they will be redirected to your company’s website.
- Add your Company Logo.
- Click Save changes.
