E-conomic
Two methods can be used to integrate Penneo KYC and e-conomic.
Method #1
First, you need an e-conomic account.
While logged into your e-conomic account, navigate to the "e-conomic market".
On the search bar, type CLA Reply (which was the old name of Penneo KYC).
Click on the logo to open our product page, and then press the blue Add button under the logo.
You will be redirected to another page, where you have to press Add app.
Then, log into your Penneo KYC account.
While logged into Penneo KYC, you will now see “e-conomic” under "Customer import".
By clicking on it, you will get a list of the customers you can import from e-conomic, and you will be able to filter them to see all of your customers, or the active ones only, or the inactive ones only.
Then, you can select the customers you want to import by checking the boxes next to their name in the list (or deselect the ones you don’t want to import by unchecking the boxes next to them).
Once you have selected the customer relationships you want to import, click Finish.
If you wish to import a large number of customers from e-conomic, there may be some waiting time.
Once the client relationships have been imported, they will appear in the "In process - awaiting you" folder, where you can find them and initiate the relevant AML processes.
Method #2
While logged into Penneo KYC, go to Settings. Then, click on Customer import.
In the same browser where you have Penneo KYC open, open a new tab, and log into your e-conomic account just as you would normally do when you need to invoice your customers through e-conomic.
Go back on the Penneo KYC tab, and click on Connect.
The system will automatically log you out of your Penneo KYC account, and you will need to log in again. When you log in again, after going to Settings > Customer import, you will see “e-conomic” under “Customer import”.
By clicking on it, you will get a list of the customers you can import from e-conomic, and you will be able to filter them to see all of your customers, or the active ones only, or the inactive ones only.
