Sandbox Environment

I would like to access the Sandbox environment, what should I do?

You can get access to a sandbox account by submitting a request to our Support team.

Please include:

  • The name and VATIN of the company/organization the account should belong to. 

  • The name and email of the person who should be the admin on the account

  • Which Penneo service(s) are needed (Sign and/or KYC)

Sandbox and Electronic IDs

It’s not possible to use real electronic IDs in the sandbox environment. You must use a test ID. You can find more information about how to acquire a test ID here: https://www.nets.eu/developer/e-ident/eids/Pages/testusers.aspx
