Utilizing Existing Documents
If you already have documents on a client, and these documents are valid and not expired, you don’t need to collect them again via Penneo KYC. You can simply add them into the system under the relevant client relationship on the Obtain documentation tab.
Select whether the document you want to upload relates to the company (e.g., articles of association and group diagram) or the company’s beneficial owner (e.g., passport and health card).
Click on the small + symbol.
You will see a drop-down menu where you can choose the document that you want your client to upload. If none of the listed documents matches what you want to upload, you can add a new document by pressing Other document.
