Gathering Client Documents
Select risk assessment process
The level of risk assessment influences the amount of document and information goals available to collect from your customer.
- After completing the identification stage, go directly to the "Risk Assessment"-tab.
- There are three risk assessment processes to choose from. The risk assessment process affects the type of information you can collect from customer and the questions you answer in the risk assessment.
- Select your desired assessment level and move to the "Collect"-tab.
Decide what to collect
- The list of collection goals can be modified by checking and unchecking the boxes. Unchecking boxes will exempt your customer from submitting that information.
- Adjusting the risk assessment level will make the list more comprehensive or less, depending on whether you increase or decrease the level.
Send a request
- The person(s) you have previously identified will appear under the collection list. Add their email address and check the box next to it. When you click "contact now", an email will be sent to that person requesting the information from the checked boxes in the list.
- If needed, you can also copy a direct link to the request form from the button shown below.
The link can be pasted into an external email client, where you can write a custom message to your customer.
