Preparing Responses

If you are to perform a risk assessment on a legal entity, you must first select the type of legal entity on which the risk assessment is to be made - as the risk assessment will vary depending on that.

The risk assessment consists of questions and statements to which you need to answer by selecting yes or no - and you may supplement your answers with comments that you can type in the corresponding fields.
