Handling Unknown Owner Details
If you do not know the contact details of some of the real owners to be contacted but you know, for example, the contact details of someone else working at that company (e.g., a secretary or another employee), you can press Add a person outside the ownership circle and add the contact details of that person.
The system will then contact that person to obtain the contact details of the real owners, to whom you will then send the KYC request.
If you know the contact information of one owner but not the other/s, the system can obtain the missing contact details through the owner whose information you know.
To do this, check the Request missing contact information box under the Obtain documentation tab. The system will request the missing contact information from the other people associated with the client relationship.
