eID and user login
Below are instructions to add a new eID as a login method in your Penneo user account.
Note that your administrator decides which methods you are allowed to use.
If you are not able to choose the login method that you prefer, you will need to get in touch with your Penneo Administrator and refer them to this guide: How to enable/disable users' login methods (for Administrators).
- When logged in to your Penneo user account, click Configure and then Profile in the left menu.
- Click on the tab Manage Credentials.
- To add a new eID provider as a login method, click on Add New Provider. You will be presented with an overview of the login methods your administrator has allowed you to connect and use. Click on your preferred method and follow through with the linking process. If you do not have Add New Provider at all, this means your administrator has only allowed you to log in with your username and password. If you wish to log in with a different method, contact your administrator.
