Reset password
This guide will show you how to reset and update your classic login credentials (i.e., username and password).
In case you have not received a reset link from your Administrator, you can reach out to that person directly and refer them to the following guide: How to reset a user's password (for Administrators).
I have received a reset link
- Once you have received a reset link via email, click on it, and you will be redirected to your account profile settings in Penneo. The email will look like the one below (make sure to check your spam folder if you can't find it in your inbox).
- Click Edit classic credentials.

Update your username/password for classic login/credentials. Please note, the username should contain at least 6 characters (no spaces), and the password is recommended contain at least 10 characters (no spaces).
- When you're done, remember to click update classic credentials to make sure that you can log in next time with the new credentials.
