Managing user login
As an administrator for your company account in Penneo, you can select which login methods are available for your users.
Users on your company account will only be able to use login options you enabled for them (not to be confused with signing methods).
- When logged in to Penneo, click on Configure on the left side menu, and then Company.
- Select the tab Users.
- Locate the user you want to change login methods options for. Click on the user.
- Scroll down to Login Methods and select which ones you want to enable or disable by adding or removing the checkmark next to it.
- Click Update User Details.
The user can now use the login method you enabled for them (or not use anymore the login method you disabled for them).
However, note that a user who has been enabled to use an eID as a login method will still need to connect the eID to their Penneo login to be able to use it (see this guide: How to connect an eID to my Penneo login).
