Customize the interface
If you have a Penneo company account, you can customize the appearance of the interface to align it with your brand.
The Branding settings allow you to set up your own company's logo and colors in Penneo. This setting affects the user interface in your Penneo Company Account, and the signing interface.
- Penneo Company Accounts are created on the basis of a contract between Penneo and the company. You can access your company-associated user account by logging into Penneo with the credentials enabled for your user account by your administrator.
- The signing interface is where your signers view and sign the documents you have sent for signing.
Note that only administrators have access to these settings.
- When logged in to Penneo, click on Configure on the left side menu, and then Company.
- Select the tab Branding.
- Customize the content of the fields according to your brand:
- Add your Background color.
- Add your Highlight color.
- Add your Text color.
- Add your company website in the 'Company page URL'. When your signers click on your logo in the signing page, they will be redirected to your company's website.
- Add your Company Logo.
