The archive in KYC is for storing client relationships that you are no longer actively working on. Please note that it is only users with the permission "Can delete knowledge nodes" who will be able to utilise all functions listed below. To read more about how the different access levels work, see this article.
To read more about automatic deletion of client relationships, see this guide.
-
Active: Clients that you are actively onboarding or working with. These can be found under the tab “Client relationships” on the left hand side menu.
-
Archived and active: If you have a client with whom you will not be actively working, but you do not want the system to auto-delete the client after the number of years you have defined in your settings, you can archive the client relationship. Archived client relationships can be reopened and will not be automatically deleted.
-
Archived and deactivated: Clients that you are no longer actively working with but due to your local bookkeeping & GDPR laws, you need to delete them after a certain time. Deactivated client relationships can be reopened, but will be automatically deleted after the time period you choose under Settings > Client Relationships Deactivation.
Deleted: Clients that have been deleted permanently in the system. These can not be viewed or restored.
In the archive, you can see both active archived and deactivated client relationships.
