In the lower-left corner, press the Settings gear and then press Users.
At the top of the tab that appears, click on Create user.
On the tab on the right, you can type the new user’s information and choose their login credentials. The new user will not get a notification of their account being created. It is the responsibility of the administrator to securely hand over the login credentials to the new user. Once logged into the KYC system, they can change their password.
Once you have created the new user in the system, you can make updates to their access rights.
Please note that even if an account has more users, the notifications about changes in a customer’s relationship will only be received by the user who creates the customer relationship.
