When the Identity validation feature is active on your company account, every user can send out Identity validation requests but cannot access the Identity validation archive - and, therefore, they cannot follow up on the request, delete Identity validation cases, etc.
While the possibility to send out Identity validation requests is automatically given to all users of a company account*, the access to the Identity validation archive needs to be activated for each user separately by an administrator.

If you are an administrator, follow the instructions below to activate access to the Identity validation archive for a user:
- Click on Configure and then Company.
- Select the tab Users.
- Locate the user for whom you want to activate the Identity validation archive, and click on the user.
- Checkmark the box next to Identity validation under Rights to activate the archive for the user.
- Click Update User Details.
