If you need to get in touch with the Penneo Support team (e.g., by submitting a ticket), it may be useful to provide your Case file ID to help us assist you faster.
Here is how and where you can find the case file ID:
- When logged in to Penneo, locate the case file that you want to find the ID for.
- Once you have located the case file, click on the case file.
- You will see the ID on the right side of the case file status field as shown in the image below. Copy the ID and send it to Penneo Support. Alternatively, copy the URL from the browser and send it to Penneo Support (as the case file ID will be included in the URL).
