How to find the event log for a case file

In Penneo, you can see the event log of a case file to easily get an overview of its status.

There are two event logs

• a general one, for the whole case file;
• a signer log, relating to each individual signer and showing if that signer has received the email with the signing link, clicked on the signing link, read the document, signed the document, received any other email from Penneo in connection with the case file (e.g., reminder email), etc.

How to find the signer event log

1. Log in to your Penneo archive at http://app.penneo.com.
2. Find the case file you want to look into.
3. Click on the signer whose event log you want to see.
   
4. Click on the tab 'Event log'.
   

How to find the case file event log

1. Log in to your Penneo archive at http://app.penneo.com.
2. Find the case file you want to look into.
3. Simply scroll down to view the general case file log.
