If one of your case files has expired, you can reactivate it. This guide will show you how to reactivate a case file so that the signers will once again get the option to sign.
- Locate the expired case file you want to reactivate.
- Once you have opened the case file, change the expiry date by clicking on the field under Case file will expire in.
- A calendar will appear. Pick a date, and change the time by clicking on the clock icon below the calendar.
- Click Save. The signers will be automatically changed to pending, and they should receive a new signing request in their email.
- In case you do not see an email being sent to your signer in the event log after having extended the expiry date, click on your signer. Under Actions, click Resend request. Note that resending the request will deactivate the previous link.
