When logging into your Penneo Sign account, you might see an account selector that appears when you have more than one Penneo account connected to the same login credentials.
There are two types of accounts in Penneo:
- Personal Accounts are automatically created when you sign documents with an electronic ID that is not affiliated with any company account in Penneo. You can access your archive in your private account by logging into Penneo with the same method you used when signing the document.
- Company Accounts are created on the basis of a contract between Penneo and the company. You can access your company-associated user account by logging into Penneo with the credentials enabled for your user account by your administrator.
It is possible to have a selection of only personal accounts, only company accounts, or mixed. Simply choose from the selection the account you would like to log in to.
