If you're unable to install the Trust1Connector on your company computer, it may be due to restrictions set by your IT department. To resolve this, you can contact your IT administrator and ask if they can install the software for all company computers. Trust1Connector is compatible with tools that your IT department may already be using to manage company devices, such as Microsoft Intune and Citrix.
These are the installation options available for Trust1Connector, starting with version v3.8.8. These options provide greater flexibility and compatibility:
- Default Installation Method
This installer, available as an MSI for Windows or a DMG for macOS, installs Trust1Connector on a per-user basis. It is compatible with both standalone systems and shared environments like Citrix. - Per-Machine Installation
Also available as an MSI or DMG, this mode installs the software on a per-machine basis. It is particularly suited for larger enterprises using deployment tools such as Microsoft Intune. This method simplifies management and updates for system administrators while remaining compatible with both standalone systems and shared environments like Citrix. - Standalone Installation for Single Users
This option, also provided as an MSI or DMG, installs Trust1Connector on a per-user basis but is specifically designed for standalone machines. Unlike other methods, it does not support multi-user environments on the same machine. This mode is ideal for setups where each machine has a single active user, without the need for registry support for multi-user configurations.
