Why is my case file quarantined?
One of the common reasons for which a document is quarantined can be the size of the document. If a documents gets quarantined, the whole case file will be put 'on hold' since we can't finalise the whole case file if we can't finalise all the documents in it. In such situations, the status will indicate that the case file is delayed or quarantined.
